Recently, the construction of Xinjiang Lanshan Tunhe Energy Co., Ltd.’s Phase III 104,000-ton/year BDO project undertaken by the Second Jian’an Engineering Company of China Chemical Engineering Third Construction Co., Ltd. is in full swing. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of on-site construction, the project team seized the construction progress to ensure that the construction period target was completed on schedule.

Up to now, the installation of on-site equipment has been completed, the welding of process pipes has entered the finishing stage, and the pressure test package is being advanced in an orderly manner. The company will continue to strengthen management, strengthen coordination and docking, improve construction efficiency, and make full progress towards the goal of CCCC by the end of August.

Construction scale: construction of 104,000 tons/year 14-butanediol (BDO) production device, supporting design capacity of 40,000 tons/year BDO generation device, 12,000 cubic meter hour methanol production device, 230,000 tons/year formaldehyde production The equipment and the calcium carbide required for production in this period are all outsourced. The total area is 34.82hm2. The total construction investment is 1.9628 billion yuan, and the construction period is 730 calendar days.

Construction content: mainly includes a 104,000 tons/year production line (single BYD reactor, crude BYD storage tank in the intermediate tank area and BYD storage tank and Phase II Unicom, 1,4-butanediol (BDO) product tank in the intermediate tank area 2x2000m3, add butanol storage tank 400m3), support the construction of a 12000Nm3/h hydrogen production device, the design capacity of 40,000 tons/year acetylene generation device, 230,000 tons/year formaldehyde production device (new formaldehyde storage tank 3x1000m3), new 120m3 sewage pretreatment system, and lime kiln feeding system; storage and transportation of carbon materials; vertical drying kiln for carbon materials; auxiliary facilities such as cold crushing plant and conveying system.
