Project construction content and scale: The main construction content is tentatively determined to be 600,000 tons/year of degradable materials, including acetylene raw material preparation equipment, acetylene equipment, formaldehyde equipment, BDO equipment, PBA equipment, PBAT equipment, PBT equipment, PTMEG equipment, organic ammonia device, GBL device, DMAC device, NMP device. Auxiliary production devices include storage and transportation facilities such as public systems, raw material tank areas, intermediate tank areas, product tank areas, and vehicle loading and unloading stations. Auxiliary facilities include air compressor stations, initial rainwater tanks, foam station, circulating water station, substation, cabinet room, heat exchange station, factory front area facilities, etc.

It is reported that in September 2021, the Yumen Municipal Government of Jiuquan City, Gansu Province and Shaanxi Coal Group signed a project investment framework agreement on the Shaanxi Coal Yumen New Energy and Biodegradable Materials Project; in July 2022, the investment contract signing ceremony was officially held. Shaanxi Coal Group and Jiuquan are cooperating in the fields of energy chemical industry, coal chemical industry, degradable materials, new materials and other fields. They will invest in the construction of Shaanxi Coal Yumen New Energy and Biodegradable Materials Project in Yumen East Building Materials Chemical Industrial Park, Yumen City. The total project With an investment of 35.981 billion yuan, the construction content includes chemical industry, photovoltaic, wind power and supporting energy storage, etc., covering a total area of approximately 112,000 acres.
