EU makes preliminary anti-dumping ruling on China’s polyethylene terephthalate

On November 28, 2023, the European Commission issued an announcement regarding polyethylene terephthalate (Polyethylene terephthalate) originating in China. Terephthalate/PET) made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling. The preliminary ruling imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty of 6.6% to 24.2% on the products involved.
