In addition to the polyurethane waterproof coating production line independently developed by Puyang Dongfang Yuhong, the polyurethane production line in Xinyi production base introduced the advanced conceptual design of German Bayer; the polyurethane workshop in Tangshan production base uses multiple sets of independent vacuum systems, air compressor stations, and cooling water systems , chilled water system, nitrogen system, powder conveying system, 6 fully automatic canning lines including manipulators, to realize the whole process of automatic production; all-round collection and control of temperature, liquid level, weight, pressure, vacuum, flow , Precisely control the production process of each product line through more than a dozen sets of sequential control processes.
